Put in order over Black Friday weekend and by all accounts I think they were a bit overwhelmed with orders, which resulted in severe delays in fulfilling orders as well as poor communication in this period.
Once order got sorted and phone arrived everything then went smoothly and got a top end phone at a very very good price over 24 month contract.
