Hello well yes you have given me good service and pleased with items bought Although the first pen for note 8 acually broke off at same point as original o got from Samsung with phone right at banded ring at start of logo . .this is weak point on this stylus you must be getting a lot of orders. . Proberly why I bought 2 of them ibdomt know wot your guarenntee policy is regarding theese pens ? Perhaps you could inform me I can send broken pen back if you would like to send me a replacement.. .And pass on weakness in product to the manufacture. Regards Kenneth Stewart...
