The item was sent and received very quickly, however I received the wrong item. I have since emailed them 3 times asking for a replacement and haven't had a single reply. I understand things taking longer at the moment but even a single acknowledgment response would've been appreciated.
I still have not received the item I paid for. Maybe this was just a one off mistake but I cannot find the cable I need anywhere else for a non ridiculous price so I'm kind of disappointed.
