I ordered an hdmi converter. Simple, straightforward order. I was told it would arrive in 2-3 days. Nothing arrived three weeks later. I sent emails. I was completely ignored. : the item has still not been delivered and nobody has contacted me from the company.
I will never use this compary again and will recommend against it to my network. Appalling.
