Ordered Official Samsung 10W Wireless Charger Duo Pad Black EP-P5200TBEGGB with the UK Plug type but they sent EP-P5200TBEGWW with the European Plug Type.
All emails unanswered and no telephone support. I now have no choice but to conduct a charge-back through my bank.
