Do not buy from these people!
they send a faulty item to me (these things happen), however their returns process was terrible.
It took a long time to even be able to contact them. They didn't respond through the "Contact Us" section of the website and I had to raise the claim through Paypal instead.
The item was only £4.99, they asked me to send it back to them at my own expense. Now they claim they never received it and therefore won't refund me. Absolute thieves.
