I placed an order for two items, only one arrived. That obviously doesn't require a poor review as mistakes happen and I just contacted them so it could be resolved. Two weeks a couple of emails later I finally get a reply that simply said sorry the item was missing. No other details. I chased again and received a rude email back so I simply requested a refund. I am still waiting a response so I have now had to contact PayPal. I would not touch this company again with a barge pole
