I never received my order. I had to email twice to get a very short once sentence reply, which wasn't helpful at all. I had to send a further 2 emails (again both emails had a short one sentence reply) and I'm still no further ahead with my query. I've basically asked if my order is lost never to be seen again or whether they will resend another and surprise surprise I've had no reply. That email was sent 3 days ago. Terrible service. I realise stuff gets lost in the post and this may not be their fault so this review is solely based on the email correspondence. To have to keep chasing and emailing to get one sentence replies is not good customer service.
