I made an order from UK mobile store, unfortunately I ordered an incorrect sized tablet book cover, & the tablet battery I ordered was non functional, as it would not charge.
I contacted UK mobile store customer services with my issues, & asked how to change the tablet book cover & non the functional battery, I had a fairly quick response, but was only asked how long I'd charged the battery for.
I replied with how long I'd tried to charge the replacement battery for on the 22nd July 2020, & as of the time of writting this review (Sunday 02nd Aug 2020) I am 'still' waiting for how to proceed with changing the tablet book cover for the correct sized one & replacing the non functional battery with one that actually works / charges, as that's what I paid for.
Initially impressed with the service, however, to be kept waiting for 12 days since responding to the companies customer services department, is very poor indeed.
