Website stated if I ordered before 2pm I would get next day delivery (Provided by Amazon Prime), I ordered at 1220pm and expected it to arrive the very next day after paying £3.99 for next day delivery. It didn't arrive the next day. I emailed them asking for a refund of £3.99 as they did not deliver when promised & the email was ignored. I emailed them again the day after it was delivered, once again the email was ignored. You will not find a contact number for this company at all. So I contacted Paypal (who I used to pay them) and filed a dispute for £3.99. 4 days later I get an email from Paypal saying the seller (UK Mobile Store) has offered a full refund if I send the items back. Why would spend more money sending the items back, when I don't want a full refund, I just want the £3.99 returned that I paid for for next day delivery, when they failed to deliver. I am now out of pocket. I did however manage to get a contact number for them from Paypal 0208 203 3234. I called it, got an Asian woman who said I had the wrong number, and when I said I was from Paypal, she said he's not here. I asked where he was and she said he doesnt live here and hung up. ***DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, THEY IGNORE EMAILS, DO NOT DELIVER NEXT DAY AS PROMISED AND NOT WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK.
