I purchased a Samsung charging cable on Friday morning, paid for guaranteed Saturday delivery. I needed it Saturday as daughter was going away Sunday and her cable broke. It didn't even get taken to the Post Office until the Monday received it on the Tuesday. They don't reply to emails. Never got a refund of the extra postage I paid. Not a happy customer 🙁
