Avoid, avoid avoid.... Ordered a USB-C to SD Card Reader on 19th August! It is now the 3rd September and no sign of the order. I have emailed with the response from Ali at Customer Service, “Sorry you did not receive your order yet.” Further communication asking for a refund or a resend of item has resulted in a Nil response. I have raised a dispute with Paypal that will be resolved in the course of time.... I wish I’d read the TrustPilot reviews before dealing with this company
