Appalling Company.
Sent the wrong Samsung charger, then took over a week to respond with returns address and postage label. At the Post Office, I discovered the label was not upgradable to be tracked, so could only get proof of postage and of course they then never received the item back and PayPal won't do anything either without a tracking number, so they are no good either to protect you from this company.
Best advice is pay a little extra from another company, any other company.
