I ordered a treadle feeder. My order was delivered within 48 hours in perfect condition, however when I started putting it together I noticed one of the struts for the feeder was missing. I made a quick phone call and spoke with a lovely man called Tony who dispatched the missing part that day and it arrived next morning. Excellent firm to deal with and I shall certainly be shopping with them again and recommending them to family and friends. Very rare to get such good service in this day and age!
