This is the second automatic door opener I have bought and have been delighted with the professionalism of the company re communication packaging postage etc. and also the excellent quality of the product on both occasions. Setting the timing was challenging and you need to take time over this and read the instructions carefully but it works brilliantly . The second time I also purchased the aluminium door kit and again was not disappointed .Above all my chickens are safe and the need to not physically let them out and lock them up each day has taken the strain out of caring for them. It also gives peace of mind that when away from home they will remain safe. I only wish I had bought this sooner !
