Simple ordering, speedy delivery. You tube explanation perfect for setting up feeder. The girls learnt in a day to access their food, apart from one timid one, who I am not sure about. I have stuck a row of domed rubber stoppers (sorry I don't know what they are called!) to lessen the load noise when the feeder snaps shut - highly successful.
