My treadle feeder arrived the day after I ordered it. Unfortunately it was damaged, but the company was very helpful. They sent a replacement immediately and arranged collection of the damaged feeder. I couldn't ask for better customer service. And the feeder is a great product, just right for my three chickens who are quickly getting used to using it.
