When I opened the box I found the screws and instructions were missing so perhaps your quality control could do with a little poke? However when I phoned, the gentleman I spoke to could not have been more helpful, so full marks there then. The fitting was easy but the shape of the coop is not rectangular so the bottom of the hole is actually a little too big I also think it needs a screw top and bottom to reduce stress on the side screws since when a bird jumps on the perch it will cause a pendulum motion about the side screws which will soon pull them out.
