Ordered an automatic door opener which arrived promptly. Unfortunately, I discovered it was faulty only after installing it. I contacted UK Poultry Supplies to ask if I should do something to reset the product. Instead, they immediately sent a replacement which arrived the next day and refunded my postage for the return of the faulty item. If only every business adopted the same customer care policy.
