the ordering was straight forward, the delivery was quick, the packaging was good and secure, the price was good, and the instructions were adequate...but had to go on line to u tube to get the know how on the automatic feeder, but not a problem, so far the feeder is good, its the chickens that need to get used to it and the automatic waterer is good too, not sure how long the plastic will last, but not worried as can try the metal one later if need be, happy with company and products.
