Ordered two items, however one was faulty. One phone call later, an instant apology for the inconvenience, and the issue was taken seriously and resolved. Within 2 days had a replacement item and the old one collected. Excellent customer service, I have experienced worse service than this face to face so I would highly recommend this company.
