When a company asks for a bad review to be removed, Trustpilot obliges, even after you have provided the requested (by them) evidence of validity. However, they don't tell you that they've taken it offline, in fact apart from acknowledgement of receipt, you hear nothing more, despite their claim that they will notify you of the outcome. This is all carried out by the "Content Integrity" department - I had no idea that the Danes' sense of irony was so well developed! Integrity definition one: "the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles". I think Trustpilot must be going for the second definition: "the state of being whole and undivided"
