However I was able to access my credit score comparatively easily and quickly through them.Suddenly I noticed they took £1.50 out of my card. I checked the website and was able to withdraw £1.50 verification charge. Then I checked my welcome e mail. It clearly said when the initial free trial ends and also told about the annual subscription. It also provided the link to refund verification charge £1.50. I logged into my account and cancelled subscription. You can contact them easily through your account or phone. So far good. However will keep an eye on in case they may not charge me subscription after cancellation.
