I logged into my account and i was shown somebody elses details and credit report! I received an email saying there was a fault and it lasted 20 minutes thats a lie i could see someone elses account for a few hours which means my details wasnt safe!! I have emailed thr company receieved no reply i will be seeking legal advice on how i can be compensated this is terrible service i cancelled my direct debit and they now email asking me to pay and half price!! No thanks i expect a reply regarding my issue and i expect it fast before i seek legal advice!!!!
