One star * excessive. Should be no star! My first experience after 20 years internet shopping of a rogue seller scam. I had same experience as others below of non-acknowledgement, non-delivery and reluctance to refund. Got partial refund from PayPal (minus £39 non-existent transportation costs!) so will start small claim in Court if not repaid. Also referring to Trading Standards Officer for NW10 where business appears to be based.
