Ordered a Jo Malone candle.
Received no order confirmation but thankfully a PayPal receipt so could claim refund eventually.
Chased delivery and after threatening to open a dispute I then got a response asking for order number of receipt. Problem was I didn’t receive one as I explained but provided the PayPal transaction but guess what no further response.
Also on PayPal receipt stated supplier was a I shop crystals not uk dapper which I found a company that dissolved over two years ago!!
