Non-refund and loads of excuses
It doesn't take much to make a customer happy - one thing - quick return of money especially for faulty goods.
UK Digital just give you a fist load of excuses about testing it - delaying and then contradicting you saying it works - yah yah - pull the other one.
A tactic to get out of refunding postage.
WHERE are our CONSUMER RIGHTS???
CRAPPP service - bad attitude when talking on the phone - with passive aggressive contradictions.
BEWARE - and don't expect a refund especially with postage for faulty goods!!!
