This company is a total scam, they do not follow through with the immigration process and charge customers for basic information mentioned on UK immigration website. When asking basic questions on their processes, details and information provided, Arthus Moss (agent) became very defensive and now refuses to return my calls and provide feedback on my application. This company is a total sham and once they have your money, they dissapear.
