PATHETIC SERVICE!
These guys charged me an expedited fee and took 2 whole weeks to process my documents alone. And that delayed the biometrics appointment and as a result of it all, I had to cancel my work trip.
They call you 5 times a day till you have paid but after you pay, they don't reply to your emails for 42 hours and more. And that to selective answering. I don't want to have to use them again. Are there no other options?
