Terrible service! They contacted me and were right behind my back to make the payment upfront. I was looking for support for 2 year UK tourist Visa. I was charged £490. After the payment was made, they asked me to submit the needed documents, which I did on the same day. Then they said they would get back to me, but haven't even bothered to send me a response from almost a month now, even after I have sent multiple reminders requesting for an update! I have also asked them to refund my money but they do not bother to respond! We opt for these services in a bid to expedite our Visa process since we have the need to get them soon for personal/work commitments. But this looks like nothing but a money scam! I am writing to the UK embassy about this painful experience and to not list them on their website! I also highly recommend not to opt for these services!
