Due to unforseen circumstances, I had to request a refund from UKGVS and was informed that I will only qualify for a 50% refund. With all the money lost I have been waiting close to 6months for my refund. Numerous emails to their support and going back and forth, I have been very patient and understanding... they now don't even return answer my email. I am very disappointed in the level of service and will not recommend UKVGS to anyone.
