I started the VISA application process a year ago, 12 months, and still no VISA and every month, all I get are well written excuses and apologies. I am given no reason why it has taken so long just "we are working on it." I know this review will not change anything but I am so tired and angry. I really thought it would take 6-8 months. It is just me, I have never been arrested, have no financial issues, I lived in UK for 12 years off and on - what is the problem? If can't do it, then tell me but stop giving me apologies and excuses - just give me what I paid for - a VISA or give my money back.
