I strongly advise against dealing with UKGVS. I paid fees for services that were never delivered, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a refund. Their lack of response and accountability feels like a deliberate scam. This company appears to be operating unethically, and their actions may fall under fraud by false representation under the UK Fraud Act 2006. They are also potentially in violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I’ve now reported them to Action Fraud UK, Trading Standards, and will be seeking legal advice to recover my money. Avoid at all costs — do not trust UKGVS with your time or money.
