I spoke to two agents as had to change my policy. Both were outstanding in their customer service, being extremely polite and helpful and just nice people to talk to. As I had to change my policy for reasons to do with my mortgage, I received a full refund on my unwanted policy with no additional effort from my side. Will definitely be using this company again!
