I cannot leave a meaningful review as I have never had a claim. All I can say is that they have efficiently collected my premiums and issued documents but the only time to judge an insurance company is after a crisis and, lucky for them, I have had none. They do claim to give a generous no-claims bonus, but that has not been apparent in the annual premiums.
