We have moved to UK insurance net. Thye have been helpful plus addressed any concerns. We have our own advisor Alice but for renewals, l etc often speak to others. Recently I called to renew and a very new member of the team and was impressed as he clearly knew his limitations and transferred me to an experienced manager who efficiently dealt with my renewal. We have recommended them to numerous people.
