I found the questions on the initial form more relevant to my situation. Other companies I looked into were more complicated, the questions irrelevant for example:
'Is the property unoccupied' - yes
'how many people are living there' - the answer is none, but their forms wouldn't let me go any further because I hadn't answered the question
