I can only review the purchasing of the policy not the policy itself. It was quick and easy. The only part that got a bit tricky was when having to find out the cost of rebuilding the property. Thankfully the website had a handy link to another site that could provide an estimate.
It was easy to use the website and policy documents were easy to understand.
