The process for insurance of contents only for a vacant property (prior to moving in) is similar to landlords so that was a bit unclear. The costs are much higher than an occupied flat. But the helpline person who phoned me to clarify anything was helpful and the policy began promptly. So far never claimed (hope not)!
Would like to give a higher score but this kind of insurance is expensive.
