I did speak to a number of advisers over the period of renewing and taking out a new policy. There were a few phone glitches and I did have to repeat some of the information a number of times to the 4 different people I spoke to, but otherwise I would say that they were helpful and always answered any questions I had, even if they didn't know the answer at the time they would find out.
