Not a good experience with a lot of info not given until after we paid eg excesses put on by company which made the policy not worth having in our opinion. When we cancelled the following day, so well within the 14 day cooling off period, we were told we had to pay £50. On the paperwork it says clearly that the cost of cancelling a policy is £37.50 except in the cooling off period . Insurance company turned out to be some obscure company in Gibraltar with only a PO Box as contact .
