Dealing with them over the phone was very easy - and insurance can be quite complex to sort out. I found their agents to be very helpful and they offered several constructive suggestions. The only request I would make is that they should indicate the property address on documents which are emailed - when you have a portfolio and the renewal dates are all more or less the same, it gets confusing when trying to sort all the paper work out.
