We ordered a radiator to replace an older one in our 200 year old holiday home. Becuase it is not occupied 24/7 delivery had to be on a specific date. Unfortunately, carrier called before the requested date but UK Radiators made sure it was re-delivered on the requested date at no cost. Thank you for delaing with this so promptly. The radiator looks lovely and was part of a refresh of our bathroom on a budget. Looks lovely and so pleased with it.
