I was a former member with this agency when I toured Kiev back in '19 in search of my wife. I just wanted to recognize and thank all the staff members who assisted everyone on the tour - I hope that all of you and your loved ones are safe. To everyone who helped me back in 2019, I could not have asked for a better staff than the caring people they had there. It's truly amazing how they went the extra mile to make sure we all had a memorable experience.
