My order from Ulster Weavers got lost by Royal Mail. After complaining to Ulster Weavers they were very sympathetic, apologised and sent another full replacement of the goods I had ordered, free of charge. Full praise to Lauren and the company for acting so promptly and generously - thank you.
All goods I ordered are of fantastic quality at a reasonable price.
