I purchased two beautiful scatter cushions but they arrived with a dreadful mouldy, mildewy smell. I've spent days trying to get the smell out. What most disappoints me though is the lack of communication from Ulster Weavers. I've received no acknowledgement to my email/webchat query. I thought I was ordering from a small business and would have loved to purchase more items, but I'm beyond disappointed.
