After having to pay very high delivery costs for shipping an apron to France I had the unpleasant surprise of having to pay even more than the cost of the item ordered to UPS in order to cover customs duties and 'fees'! When I contacted Ulster Weavers they simply pointed out that I should have read all the fine print in the shipping section! I have been a loyal customer of this company for years, but I find this attitude very cavalier and will certainly not be ordering from them again!
