I have been waiting on 2 shower hoses at a cost of £258 from this company since July 2023. I have repeatedly tried to call them, email them and use live chat to get an update with no response.
They have taken my money but seem to have disappeared off the planet. No other choice but to go legal now.
My advice is to not use this company and once they have your money that is the last you will hear from them.
