I'm very disappointed with this company and will not be using them again. I placed my order in November but the item has still not arrived even though they state they deliver within 2-5 working days!!! I've tried to contact them but no one answers which leaves me to think that they are no longer in business. I've now cancelled the order but as no one appears to be checking emails, etc. am not hopeful that I will receive a refund in which case will take this further.
