A disappointing experience, which delayed us completeing a client bathroom by two weeks.
I ordered a shower screen on Thursday 15/02, with delivery expected early the following week.
No update from UB received, so I chased by email on 21/02.
No response to this email and numerous calls to the UB number went unsnswered.
I chased again by email on 26/02, later that day I received an email response apologising and claiming that UB were short staffed. Delivery was promised for Wed/Thu that week.
I had to chase again on Thu 29/02, as the screen had not arrived, and there was no tracking info on the UB website.
Delivery was offered for Monday 04/03, and the screen did finally arrive in good condition.
